• Right to Remove: Vegas Liquidation Hub reserves the right to remove any listing that fails to meet our community standards or provides fraudulent business information.
• No Guarantee of Profit: Participation in the directory or acquisition of the Vetted Seal does not guarantee increased revenue or specific business outcomes.

2. The Vetted Authority™ Seal & Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Marks: The “Vetted Authority” seal and all site logos are the intellectual property of Vegas Liquidation Hub.
• Seal Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke the Vetted Seal if a business is found to be in violation of local Las Vegas business licensing or ethical trade practices.
• Unauthorized Use: Businesses may only display the Vetted Seal while their active subscription or certification is in good standing.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Transactions: Vegas Liquidation Hub is not a party to any transactions, payments, or disputes between buyers and the warehouses listed on our platform.
• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Vegas Liquidation Hub harmless from any claims resulting from their use of directory data or secondary market purchases.

• Listing Accuracy: While we strive to vet all partners, the Hub is not liable for the specific inventory or business practices of third-party liquidators.
• The Vetted Seal: Our “Vetted Authority” seal is an internal certification based on our proprietary verification standards and does not constitute a legal endorsement.
• Commercial Use: Users may not scrape or reproduce directory data for competing commercial use without express written consent.
